Leadership

Level HR was founded by Kristen Powell, a forward-thinking Human Resources Leader with 20 years of experience. During her time in New York and Austin she’s worked across several industries including tech, financial services, consulting and real estate. With a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and certification through the Society of Human Resources, Kristen is equipped to help your business navigate any HR challenge. Kristen specializes in helping fast-paced, rapaidly-growing companies set up and optimize their HR processes and policies. She has a deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices and ability to quickly assess a business’s HR needs.
